Exclusive Warranty from Casa Blinds Interior for Window Products

1. Warranty Coverage

Casa Blinds Interior provides a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in the following components:

• Mechanisms: clutch systems, chains, cords, and cord locks.
• Structural parts: brackets, end caps, cassettes, bottom rails, and fabrics.

For motorized systems, motors are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must first obtain a return authorization from Casa Blinds Interior. The motor must then be returned for inspection. Only after the inspection and confirmation of a manufacturing defect will a warranty replacement be issued.

Shipping damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for coverage.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear such as fading, fraying, or minor warping.
• Improper installation, operation, or cleaning.
• Damage caused by moisture, mold, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
• Damage resulting from pets, children, insects, or accidental impact.
• Alterations, unauthorized repairs, or misuse of the product.
• Environmental conditions such as salt air, humidity, or exposure to corrosive elements.

Casa Blinds Interior is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, personal injury, or economic loss related to use or installation.

3. Claims Process

To initiate a claim, customers must:

• Submit a written request to info@casablindsinterior.com.
• Include the original invoice and clear photos of the issue.
• Await return authorization before shipping the product.

Please allow up to 21 business days for inspection and resolution.

4. Resolution and Service

Casa Blinds Interior reserves the right to repair or replace defective products. If a product is discontinued, it may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value.

This warranty does not cover shipping, removal, or reinstallation costs. Technical services are available for an additional fee within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, subject to availability.

No refunds are issued under this warranty policy.

5. Additional Terms

  • Missing components must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
    • No third party may modify or extend this warranty in any form.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This warranty policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this warranty, the use of our products, or services provided by Casa Blinds Interior shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida. By accepting this warranty, the customer expressly waives the right to bring any action in any other jurisdiction.

This provision ensures that all warranty-related matters are resolved fairly and efficiently under the legal framework in which Casa Blinds Interior operates.
