All of our products are custom-made based on the exact specifications provided by the
client (measurements, color, control type, mount, fabric, etc.). Due to their personalized nature, these products are not eligible for changes, returns, or refunds.

3. Customer Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure measurements are taken accurately before placing an order. Casa Blinds Interior will not be held liable for incorrect dimensions provided by the customer. Any remakes due to measurement errors will incur additional charges.

4. Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States, except for products that exceed 90 inches; in width or 140 lbs in weight. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. For deliveries outside these areas or international destinations, please contact us for a
custom quote.

5. Installation and Mounting
Installation instructions are available on our website and included in the product packaging. Professional installation services are available at an additional cost and are only offered within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with certain restrictions due to technical, access, or mobility limitations.

6. Technical Support / Reinstallation

Clients may request disassembly or reinstallation services for an additional fee, only if
located within the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach. On-site technical
support is not provided outside of these areas.

7. Child Safety
We recommend motorized systems in homes with children or pets. Corded products include safety labels and should always be installed out of the reach of children.

8. Limitation of Liability
Casa Blinds Interior is not responsible for indirect losses, incidental damages, consequential damages, or economic harm resulting from misuse, installation errors, maintenance failures, or mishandling by the client or third parties.
