Within the warranty year
Within 1 year of installation, the visit is free. Our motors are installed inside the shade's tube, out of reach, so a motor that stops working is almost never something you did. If it's a manufacturing defect, the repair is free too.
After the first year
The service visit is $150 in Miami-Dade and Broward and $200 in Palm Beach, plus tax, paid when you book. Parts (motors, remotes, fabric, components) or a new shade are quoted on site, before any work begins.
Good to know
If our technician finds the problem wasn't caused by a manufacturing defect, the visit is still free within the warranty year, and we'll explain your options and quote any parts before doing anything.
Only for our shades
We can only repair shades we made and installed: we don't know the materials used in other shades, and our parts may not be compatible.
