1.- HOW WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?

Your order will generally be ready in 7 – 10 business days, however some specialty items can take a bit longer. For more information related to your specific order you can speak with one of our specialist during your free estimate.

2.- CAN I RECEIVE A FREE ESTIMATE WHEN A PROFESSIONAL ADVISOR FROM THE COMPANY VISITS ME?

Yes, once an advisor from our company is on your property and taken the necessary measurements and you have discussed the style/materials your desire a free estimate will be available.

3.- HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY AT THE TIME PLACING MY ORDER?

Generally the company requires a minimum down payment of 50% of the total order value at the time the order is places. The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of the products. You can also pay 100% of the invoice at the time the order is placed if you desire.

4.- WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY?

We accept payments in the form of credit card, debit card, cash or check.

5.- IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW EXACTLY WHEN MY PRODUCTS WILL BE DELIVERED?

Once your order complete and ready to be delivered,  one of our representatives will contact you to schedule a date and time for deliver. We will never go to your property without prior scheduling.

6.- WHO WILL INSTALL MY ORDER?

Don’t worry. When you make your purchase, the installation is included at no additional cost.

7.- HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY PURCHASE?

Our team will keep you updated on the status of your order. You only have to provide us with your name and order number, and you will get an immediate response.

8.- CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Keep in mind that all of our products are personalized and made to order for each client. Generally, your order goes to the production department one day after you have placed your order. If you wish to make any changes, you must do so the same day you purchase. Otherwise, you may incur an additional cost to modify your order that is already in the manufacturing process.

9.- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH A PRODUCT DEFECT OR IN BAD CONDITION?

Generally, this does not happen because all our products are checked before being packed and shipped to our customers. However, should it happen, we will repair or exchange your product at no charge.
